MAIS girls win BIS Basketball Tournament

MAIS won the Inter-school Basketball Tournament conducted by Bangalore International School.
Rhea Chawla of Std. 9C got the Best Player Award.

MAIS U-18 team win CIS Tournament

The MAIS U-18 team won the football tournament held at Canadian International School Tournament in November 2016.

Rohahn Vardhan was awarded Best Player of the tournament.

Karnataka Girls Team Defend Title

The Karnataka Girls Team defended their title in the Senior Girls( ISC) category at the 20th Association of Schools for the Indian School Certificate (ASISC) National Basketball Tournament held at the GMC Stadium in Hyderabad. Prateksha Mohan, Rishika Gowda, Arushi Bhandari and Mira Sachdev of Std. 10 were part of the winning team.

MAIS wins in both U-10 and U-14 categories at the MAIS Cricket Tournament

The MAIS under-14 boys team won the MAIS Cricket Tournament held at the Rail Wheel Factory grounds, Yelahanka in February of this year. Aryan Joshi (Std. 08) was named Best Batsman. Jasper Erwinraj (Std. 08) was named Man of the Series.

At the same venue, the MAIS U-10 boys team won the MAIS Cricket Tournament in March 2017. Ved Chikarmane (Std. 04) was awarded Best Bowler; Akash Shetty (Std. 04) was awarded Most Promising Player; and Samit Dravid (Std. 05) was awarded Man of the Series.

MAIS wins at Stonehill!

The U-10 Boys Cricket team won the Stonehill International cricket tournament held in January 2017.

MAIS wins the Gopalan Cricket Challenge Cup

MAIS won the Inter-School Gopalan Cricket Challenge Cup conducted by Gopalan National School. Manoveer of Std. 8 was awarded “Man of the Series” and “Man of the Match” awards.



MAIS are winners at Clarence High School Basketball Tournament

MAIS won the 32nd CHS- Alumni Clarence Inter-School Basketball Tournament conducted by Clarence High School from 29th August to 1st September, 2016.
Arushi of Std. 11 was awarded Best Play Maker and Aastha of Std.11 was awarded Best Player.



MAIS U-18 win the BIS Football Tournament

MAIS won the U-18 Boys Inter-school Football Tournament conducted by Bangalore International School. Held on the 22nd of September, the following teams participated in the tournament: Bangalore International School, Canadian International school, Trio World School, Greenwood International School, Ebenezer International school, FAPS, Oasis International school and MAIS.

In this knockout tournament, MAIS beat CIS 3-0 in the Quarter Finals; MAIS beat Greenwood 2-1 in the Semi Finals; and finally, MAIS beat FAPS 2-1 in the Finals.



MAIS wins bronze at the All India Women’s Open Football Tournament

The All India Women’s Open Football Tournament was held on August 20th 2016 at the Central College grounds. It was organised by the Denzil Foundation and the teams who participated included SDAT (Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu), St. Joseph’s College, Bajepa, Pune Football Academy, Boca Juniors Football Academy, Magic Bus (Bangalore), Football Academy (Goa) and Ranjith Football Club (Trivandrum).

Mallya Aditi beat Magic Bus 4-0 to secure third place. The SDAT ‘A’ team beat their B team in the finals to win the trophy.




MAIS U-14 Girls team win the New Horizon Cup!

MAIS U-14 Girls Basketball team won the New Horizon Cup State Level Basketball Tournament held at New Horizon Engineering College on 3rd August 2016.
The Best Play Maker Award was awarded to Simran of Std 07.
The Best Rebounder Award was awarded to Trisha of Std 07.

The Junior Boys team reached the Quarter Finals of the tournament.
